Where ancient myths collide with the modern world
With a borderline obsessive fascination with all things Greek mythology, it was inevitable that I'd eventually put pen to paper and start scribbling. I've been writing things for myself since I was eight, but it took another twenty-odd years (ok, longer than that) for someone to point out that maybe I'd better do something with my scribblings, rather than letting them rot on my hard drive.

Convinced it was far too difficult, I did as I was told and submitted to the wonderful SmashBear publishing house. You can imagine my surprise when they said yes.

I write paranormal romance for readers who have always suspected the Greek gods never really left. My books bring ancient mythology into the modern world — gods hiding in plain sight in cities across the globe, carrying three thousand years of feeling into their new lives.

I love books, coffee, and wanders in the wild woods
I live in a semi-finished DIY project of a house with my wonderful partner and dim-witted (but handsome) Labrador. I read anything I can get my hands on, particularly fantasy, romantasy, paranormal romance, urban fantasy, sci-fi, and historical fiction. If I was allowed, I would spend all day reading and refuse to adult.

When not glued to my desk or a good book, you can usually find me halfway up a mountain somewhere or lost in the woods. I'm almost permanently scruffy and would prefer to live in my hiking boots and jeans...if only I was allowed.
I'm a member of the Society of Authors (SoA) and have registered all my works as human authored. I am a passionate believer that AI has no place in the creative industries, and can confirm that no AI has been used in any part of the process of authoring or publishing my books.
